| The Waterloo to Ft. Dodge local found an unusual leader for the Saturday train. The 5456 is paired up with 2 SD70Ms off 337 to work west. Normally the 570/571 local has SD75s, but for some reason that wasn't the case today. The rear 3 dash 8s are bound for storage in Western Iowa. Here, the job has cut off their train to deliver 8 empty tanks to the IARR about 2 miles south of Ackley on this ex-M&St.L trackage.
