"Monaghan's LRV Retirement Trip"

On a September 16th, 2023, 37-year veteran SEPTA Trolley operator Bill Monaghan Jr. poses in front of SPAX Kawasaki LRV 9096 while on a brief stop at 40th Street Portal Loop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania during his retirement charter trip. Aside from working as a trolley operator, Bill is well known for his part in establishing the "Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys" organization and his contributions towards several other trolley preservation organizations. Congratulations to Bill!
