"Trolley Tunnel Express"

On a September 16th, 2023, 37-year veteran SEPTA Trolley operator Bill Monaghan Jr. pilots SPAX Kawasaki LRV 9096 past 19th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania during his retirement charter trip. This would be his last time running through the SEPTA Subway–Surface Trolley Lines tunnel. Aside from working as a trolley operator, Bill is well known for his part in establishing the "Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys" organization and his contributions towards several other trolley preservation organizations. Congratulations to Bill!
