| Fresh from the factory. One day after the locomotive left the Vado Ligure works of Alstom, the TRAXX F 140 DC3 LM 494 # 521 for the french Akiem leasing company is on a test run in the diesel mode, entering Arquata-Scrivia station from Alessandria. The locomotive with 5600 kW for 3000 V DC has a "last mile" 180 kW diesel motor built in. The maximum velocity is 140 km/h. The locomotive will run for Medway Italia. |
