Pick Me up at MOtt Haven. While bringing MTA Metro-North Railroad's third 40th Anniversary "heritage unit" from North White Plains to Croton Harmon on the night of Tuesday November 7, 2023, MNCW 103 (GP35r) runs around the newly wrapped locomotive and is coupling up to the front. The lightning striped New York Central heritage P32AC-DM 211 had just left the shop and will require mechanical work before entering service. The locomotive is seen near the former NYC tower at MO in Mott Haven in the Bronx, New York, where this switch job is based. PMMO actually denotes the PM MO (Mott Haven) job and there is a counterpart daytime AMMO.
