    OKLAHOMA CITY Dec 18 1983 — Unpatched Oklahoma Kansas Texas (Conrail) GP38-2 8236 is tied down at Harter Yard. EMD built the unit in September 1978. In this photo the 8236 is on lease to the OKT. Rock Island owned Harter Yard before the Rock shut down. At the time of this photo the facility was operated by the OKT. Corrections and/or additions welcome. My photo.
