| NS 4060 leads a quartet of NS power on the Union Pacific at Altoona, WI. The crew is doubling over some tracks to complete assembly of their Altoona to Adams, WI bound train. Once assembled and air tested, the train would be on its way east. NS 4060 is a rebuilt C40-9W converted from DC to AC. |
