| This was the one place the CP had water up to the ties. The Marquette local takes 64 cars to Harpers Ferry siding for 261 to pickup tonight. The crew creeps thru the water at Waukon Jct. The water south of here was more a problem than north of here. Mississippi River is around 22.8 feet and should crest tonight around 23 feet. The high water wasn't stopping some from still getting out and fishing. |
