On Saturday, December 2, operations on the entire RhB network were severely affected by the heavy snowfall. Several lines such as Tiefencastel-Bergün, Chur-Arosa, Davos-Filisur and between Zernez and S-chanf were closed for many hours or even the whole day, mainly due to fallen trees. There were many long delays and train cancellations, and some rail replacement services could not be set up due to closed roads. The Interregio 1137 from Chur to St.Moritz was replaced by a "Capricorn" train ABe 4/16 # 3153, which is departing from Thusis about 25 minutes late and will circulate to Tiefencastel only, not to St.Moritz, which shows the destination indicator.
