Before our weekly empty JCH trains went with modern GE power for the most part, we could count on power like this. It seemed common to use engines the originating railroad wasn't worried about getting back. This was a K83330 into Mulberry Yard, then out as a BV local to Two Post Yard north of Bradley, where the entire cut was stored.
