| Every visit to Chicagoland often ended along the "Racetrack" in Cicero for the last relaxing images before boarding the plane back home and almost every visit was disrupted by something on the former ICG/CCP above. Such is the case here. And prior to this, I had to go clear out to actual BCOL territory to see such a leader as they were not allowed to outside of it. Thankfully, that policy vanished before these motors did. |
