| Iowa Interstate train BICB bound for Council Bluffs crawls through Downtown Joliet across Bridge 407 with the Rock Island heritage locomotive, IAIS 513 leading. This historic lift bridge over the Des Planes River was built in 1932 by the Rock Island, and is still used today. |
