| With extremely high winds and rain battering the region, Buffalo & Pittsburgh's WAER rolls north through Jackson, Pennsylvania as it heads towards Erie. The SD60M leading two GP38-2's is a rare six-axle unit on this portion of the A&E Subdivision and one of the last still running on the railroad. |
