Lehigh Hanson has acquired two former Missouri Pacific SD40-2s (UP 4279, previously MP 4279 and originally MP 3279) and 4297, (UP 4297, previously MP B4297 and originally MP 3297) to operate their Servtex Plant in Garden Ridge (between San Antonio and New Braunfels). The locomotive has just been fired up to bring some empty rock gondolas back into the plant.
