| Inside a workshop building at Vinh depot on 12th November 2023 sit Duong Sat Viet Nam (DSVN - Vietnam Railways) DLW/Alco DL535 class D13E 719 and Cockerill D18E 609. The D13E is being overhauled and fitted with a MTU396 engine in place of the DLW/Alco 6-251. The refurbished bogies for it sit in the foreground. The D18E was built in Belgium and is fitted with a Baldwin derived engine. |
