        Silver and Cold. A Manhattan-bound 6 train speeds away from Elder Ave station on the IRT Pelham Line during one of February's many snowstorms. This New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) train is made up of R62A cars manufactured by Bombardier from 1984-1987.
