| "A Peek into the Past at Darien"
On the morning of February 26th, 2024, westbound Metro-North train 1539 passes Darien station while traveling down the New Haven Line in Connecticut. The ongoing construction at the station has revealed a seldom-seen view of the entire 1890s-built (rehabilitated in 2002) NYNH&H RR station house, typically hidden by the high-level platform.
