| Middletown and New Jersey Transit.
NJ Transit GP40-2 no. 4104 and Middletown and New Jersey Railroad GP38-2 no. 2175 are seen laid up at the latter railroad's facility in Campbell Hall, NY. NJ Transit has leased many of their non-revenue locomotives to short line freight railroads for PTC compliance while operating on NJ Transit lines. |
