Passenger extra 13406 TRANS EUROP EXPRESS of the german AKE Erlebnisreisen from Domodossola/Italy via Brig-Montreux-Lausanne-Neuchatel-Biel-Olten-Liestal to Basel Badischer Bahnhof, and further to Dormund/Germany, running through Solothurn West. The 12 car train including dining and bar car is pulled by former SBB locomotives. In front Re 420 # 268 "CORNELIA" of the Rhomberg Sersa RailGroup, second is Re 421 # 393 (Re 4/4 II # 11393) of the International Rolling Stock Investment AG (IRSI) from Frauenfeld, in the TEE paint scheme. The train circulated in behalf of the TR TransRail. The Re 420 # 268, built in 1973 for the SBB, was sold to Sersa in december 2023 after having been in service there for around two years. It has been painted accordingly since September 2023.
