"R211s at Broad Channel"
On the afternoon of March 26th, 2024, a 10-car train of Kawasaki built MTA New York City Transit R211A subway cars pulls into Broad Channel station on the IND Rockaway Line in Queens, NY.
Numerous New York City Transit substations display distinctive markings on their building facades. Sadly, the stainless steel letters on the one in the background have suffered damage since Hurricane Sandy. Specifically, the "T" in "Transit" has been missing since that time. I decided to digitally restore it in this photo..
