| With most Amtrak trains doing the posted 70mph (60mph for freight) on the Mohawk, Amtrak P-281 with the "Connecting America for 50 Years" midnight blue 100 unit passes Lock 14 at restricted speed approaching Spring St. due to the working limits at M.P. 197.5, specifically a MOW crew picking up the red flags just after the grade crossing. |
