Pennsy On The Southern | On a partly cloudy Friday, May 30, 2014, Pennsylvania Railroad E8(A) number 5809 - officially a part of the Juniata Terminal roster - leads a three-car special from the NC Transportation Museum in Spencer south through Salisbury. This train carried a few executives on a quick excursion to the then-new intermodal terminal at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. Many railfans are in town to see this and a couple dozen other streamliners which were brought into town for the weekend's "Streamliners At Spencer" event. Photographed on 4x5 Fujifilm Provia 100F color transparency sheet film using a Sinar F1 view camera.
