Last of its Kind
NS 8688 is the last GE Dash 8 on Norfolk Southern's fleet, and it'll probably stay that way for a while. Though it was retired in the late 2000s, this C39-8E found a new life as the Juniata fuel tender, moving diesel fuel around the shops for emissions testing.
