Conrail's TV16a (I believe the "a" refers to a section, but not sure if it's the second and the first had no suffix, or it's the first). TV16 was a Dewitt to North Bergen trailer van train that was scheduled to be through Newburgh (Roseton is a section of Newburgh) early-ish in the morning. This was a late afternoon, maybe even evening, capture, with the Hudson River behind it.
