On the first day of the 2024 season, the 2-6-2 Eb 3/5 # 9 of the DLC (Dampfloki Club Herisau), operated by the DVZO, pulls the train 31159 from Hinwil to Bauma, between B?retswil and Neuthal. This locomotive was built for the Bodensee-Toggenburg-Bahn by Maffei/Munich in 1910 and ran later for the SBB as # 5889, before she returned to the BT. The beautiful restored cars are from the rear: combined baggage/mail car FZ # 203 of 1911 (former MThB), third class cars C # 6109 of 1913 (former SBB/RHB) and C # 6075 of 1913 (former SBB/RHB), and red buffet car WR # 109 of 1909 (former EBT).
