The platform at Newark Broad St Station is full of afternoon commuters as Gladstone Branch train 433 arrives, led by Arrow III car no. 1526. This station is the transfer point from NJ Transit services originating in New York and Hoboken to services on the Montclair-Boonton Line, Morristown Line, and Gladstone Branch, and many of these passengers had gotten off the train from New York to await this train from Hoboken to their final destination.
