Milepost 31 (depicted) is just west of the Clearfield Road grade crossing, which, among others, is manually flagged, with both employees on the ground.
To reach the Pennsylvania & Southern Railway interchange at the Cumberland Valley Business Park/Letterkenny Army Depot, CSX L152 (KH00 on NS) utilizes trackage rights over Norfolk Southern’s Hagerstown Secondary between CP-TOWN (HW 73.7) in Hagerstown and CP-SHIP (HW 40.1) in Shippensburg. After a 2 mile shove on NS’s Lurgan Running Track, an additional 6 mile shove is made between LURGAN (BAV 32.2) and CULBERTSON (BAV 26.2) on former Western Maryland Railway trackage.
