| Street Meet.
Amidst heavy traffic due to road closures, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) PCC III trolleys 2324 and 2333 pass each other running Route 15 service. The trolleys had recently been rebuilt from the frame up, and were on their first day back in revenue service after a 4 year suspension! |
