Bernina Glaciers Adventure train 1639 of the Rhaetian Railway with railcars ABe 4/4 # 34 and # 30 (built 1908/1911 for the then independent Bernina Railway) is ready in Alp Grüm track 3 to run down back to Poschiavo. A mobile ladder has been fitted to one of the doors to make it easier to enter from track level. The train attendant telephones the RhB operations center in Landquart and reports that the train is ready to run.
