On September 8, 2024, a train of the Eisenbahnfreunde Zollernbahn (EFZ) from Rottweil was used on the route of the Etzwilen-Singen Museum Railway (VES). After the arrival of the train in Etzwilen from Singen (Hohentwiel), as a shunting movement on track 5 without a platform, there is a maneuver in each case. After passing around of locomotive 52 # 7596, the train was shunted to the Stein am Rhein side and is now on track 2, where passengers can board and alight. The train also has to be moved again for departure back to Hemishofen, Ramsen, Rielasingen and Singen (Hohentwiel).
