"Final Inspection of the Old East Norwalk"
On Saturday, August 17th, 2024, East Norwalk station on Metro-North (CTDOT)'s New Haven Line closed for a three-week period to support the construction of the new station. This phase of the project involved removing the northside westbound platform and demolishing the 1980s station house to make way for a temporary platform.
