| Non-Revenue to Ramsey.
Manx Electric Railway (MER) vestibuled saloon 9 is seen along King Edward Rd, with the town of Douglas in the background. The car had just had a traction motor replaced and was on a test run before returning to revenue service, leaving Douglas around an hour earlier than the first scheduled train because it needed to take the uphill grades at half speed to keep from burning out the motor. |
