Relics Of The Past | Parked on a side track at Tamora, NE, a pair of ancient EMDs are looking great beneath a clear dusk sky on the evening of Sunday, September 1, 2024. To the left is an ex-Conrail GP8. Coupled to it is an SD18, originally built for the Chesapeake & Ohio before being repainted for the Indiana Railroad. Though no longer owned by CR and INRD, the two relics still wear their old colors.
