A work consist is shoving west to the point where they last dropped ties for the upcoming resurfacing of this NS line. The power car appears to be a modified GP38 of some sort the railroad seems to want to make some legal or contractural distinction between these and locomotives. They operate using M of W crew, rather than engineers/conductors. Loram may now own the reporting marks.
