Lancaster and Chester Railroad blows across Main Street into Richburg, South Carolina on a dreary and rainy August 2024 day. Both locomotives are a new model built by Knoxville Locomotive Works which they have designated as a SE32C. Five have been built so far, three of them for the L&C.
3202 was built as Missouri Pacific (MP) SD40-2 3170 in 1975. It eventually went into lease service before becoming Iowa Chicago and Eastern (ICE) 6211 and then KLWX 6211 before being rebuilt and renumbered. |
