The newer CPKC Midwest Mexico Express (MMX) trains started around 10 months ago. The 2 days we shot both trains, the 181 train was a 6 hour difference in arrival times at Ottumwa between days, but 180 seemed to arrive right around the 7-8am area. Saturday, the pair met at Newtown, and on Sunday, they met right at Ottumwa. Here, 180 crosses the Des Moines River as they creep into Yard Limits to change crews and meet 181. The train has just crossed the BNSF Ottumwa Sub in the background.
