Oakley River Station Barge Unloading, on the banks of the Mississippi River, operates a variety of locomotives, reportedly some they own, and others are owned by The Prairie Line but marked for Oakley. Reportedly, GP9 2002 is one of those. Oakley, Inc./TPLX GP9 2002 is the former Canadian Pacific 8540, rebuilt into CP GP9u 1559.
