| MNN 1356 is back at work after a long hiatus out-of-service and leading the weekly Warroad Local up the Minnesota Northern's trackage to Greenbush. The train is seen here crossing the Middle River in the community of Middle River, Minnesota. The river is young and no bigger than a creek, but it is one of the few river crossings along the Minnesota Northern between Thief River Falls and Roseau. As a side note, MNN 1356 is the only active Minnesota Northern locomotive wearing the MNN paint scheme. |
