On October 19th, 2024, Metro-North Railroad train 6545, with Kawasaki M8s, makes its stop at Greens Farm station on the New Haven Line in Westport, Connecticut. The east end shelter canopy, erected in 1982, is seen being supported by temporary supports after structural deterioration was discovered. Fearing the structure might be demolished, I went out to capture it with the commemorative sign, and a train. Fortunately, the issues with the support beams were repaired a week later.
