Remarks & Notes

Soo's GP9's 2554, 554 and 553 are resting between runs of the overnight Chicago-Superior, Wisconsin LAKER at Chicago on June 3, 1963. In January 1963, the Soo moved out of Grand Central Station for the last time, transferring the LAKER over to the lakefront Central Station of the Illinois Central Railroad.
