| CPKC J15 begins the climb up Short Line Hill with a KCS GP40-3 and CP GP20C-ECO for power. Due to tonnage, they had to double the hill into the Commercial, which allowed for some decent light on their second pull of the day. The CP and KCS local power fleets have become less segregated over the past year, and there are now several KCS GPs working in and around the Twin Cities. |
