| An alco from Gooty shed WDM3a #18914 in charge of Mumbai Chennai Mail at Solapur. The image depicts a lot of things, this is the place where the new crew takes up from the ongoing crew that was incharge of the train from Pune, one can even the assistant loco pilot busy peforming the primary checks before the train departure. The loco is attached to the train from Pune till Renigunta close to 950 Kms run post which the electric loco would take up for the final leg of journey from Renigunta to Chennai. Presently the section is completely doubled and electrified. |
