| The Feb. 15th P050 has been annulled at Huntington, W.Va. due to washouts and flooding in the New River Gorge. The plan called for the crew to take the train to Barboursville, W.Va. to turn the train and head back west. Seen here from the 29th Street overpass. On the right, a variety of motive power sits in the deadline. |
