| Amtrak Capitol Limited Train 30 has just departed from Cumberland, MD en route Washington, DC. Behind GE P42DC 39 & B32-8WH 518 are four brand new Siemens ALC-42s. These engines have slowly been replacing the older passenger road engines. |
