Seibu was of great railfan interest. It started in the mountains and ended (surprise) at the front door of the Seibu Department Store in Shinjuku. Freight and passenger. Equipment was immaculate and service was first class. Add to this electric locomotives from, if I remember correctly, three continents and five builders. Flanked by two legal aliens the impressive Japan-built unit is awaiting its next job.
