| We headed for our overnight stay at Holdrege on the way home. I told the boys the chances of getting something in the last 30" of the day were probably slim on this secondary mainline. We did have a little luck this trip, as a westbound Omaha short stacker rolled past the Amtrak depot minutes before sunset, as it heads for McCook and the next crew change. |
