DEcember days are short, and as Amtrak Pacific Surfliner Weekend Service train 580 arrives at the Orange station at 3:45 pm (15:45) the sun is already very low in the sky ... but providing decent light on Amtrak P42DC 42's trucks! In case it isn't obvious, this locomotive is Amtrak's homage to our country's military veterans. (Orange, California – December 8, 2013)
