| Sandersville Slugs.
Sandersville Railroad SW1500 no.s 1100 and 1500 are seen working the railroad's yard outside Tennille, GA on a cloudy afternoon. The locomotives are paired with slugs - or "boosters," as the railroad refers to them - no. 90 with 1500 and 91 with 1100. The former is originally a Rock Island slug built by GE, whereas the latter was purchased from Norfolk Southern. |
