WC 590, a rare SDL39, creeps thru Valders, WI on a gloomy day in September of 1989. The limestone blocks on the head end will be dumped in Lake Michigan to construct a breakwall in Manitowoc. The blocks are not secured in any way and the train is limited to 10 mph.
