Even though it's a holiday for most people, Memorial Day morning still finds quite a bit of activity happening at BNSF's yard in Willmar, MN. Things to see include some older EMD power on a local freight, a mix of GE and EMD power on another manifest, some snowfighting equipment that shouldn't be needed for a few months, a couple of former BN cabooses, the west end yard power with a single former BN hopper car, and another manifest with a CN visitor. That train will depart soon after the BNSF 7463 finishes yarding their train off of the Marshall Subdivision. The former Great Northern depot and yard office can also be seen in the upper left.
